Terms and Conditions: GTO German Christmas Market 2022

  1. Fees are NTD 26,000 per booth for participation, business tax included. To enjoy a NTD 3,000 early bird discount, you have to register before August 31st, 2022.
  2. Arrangement of booth locations is decided according to, in order of priority ① Christmas market sponsors and in order of sponsorship amount ②number of booths taken ③application order in time (first come, first served).
  3. DEinternational reserves the right to adjust the content of the event and verify the qualifications of the exhibitors.
  4. Eligibility for registration: display and sale of the products of exhibitors must mainly involve German brands (except for cooked food products); brand names and product names to be displayed and sold should be provided to DEinternational for review during registration. DEinternational has the right to review the products sold in the exhibition and request the removal of any product that is not conform with the product list prescribed in the application form.
  5. It is prohibited to transfer/assign or merge booths between registered companies without the consent of DEinternational. DEinternational has the right to request the removal of all products of the exhibitor who would be violating the policy. With the prior approval of DEinternational, booths can be merged, or shared among exhibitors.
  6. All booths will be provided with one 110V (15A) socket. Exhibitors are advised to prepare sufficient power supply extension cables on their own. If extra electricity power is used without prior application and leads to a power failure and affects the rights and interests of all exhibitors, the exhibitor who is found to be violating the policy must stop using high power electrical equipment immediately and is solely responsible for all liability and compensation.
  7. Use of fire: pursuant to the regulations of the Flora Expo, cooking with open fires is prohibited and food with strong smell is not allowed in this area. The exhibitor is liable for all legal liability in case of any violation.
  8. In accordance with the epidemic prevention policy, food vendors must comply with relevant precaution for epidemic and prepare sufficient quantities of food and products and use high-powered cooking equipment and required equipment to avoid overcrowding.
  9. In accordance with the Taipei City Government's policy of cashless payment, vendors are encouraged to use credit cards or electronic payment, and to promote such policy.
  10. Payment: DEinternational will issue an invoice for NTD 12,000 as deposit (business tax included) after the application of exhibitor is approved. The exhibitor shall pay the deposit before the deadline indicated. The remaining balance will be charged after Exhibitor orientation. DEinternational has the right to cancel the booth of exhibitor who fails to pay the amount in due time.
  11. DEinternational will collect a 1,000 NT$ cleaning deposit in cash during the day of the market set-up. The deposit will be returned in full after the market has been successfully completed and the vendor has completely cleaned up his respective booth. In case the booth is not cleaned in time, DEinternational reserves the right to keep the cleaning deposit. Exhibitors are strongly advised to inform their onsite team about the cleaning deposit.
  12. Exhibitor orientation and booth selection: will be scheduled in November 2022, DEinternational will provide relevant information separately.
  13. Exhibitors who have already registered but intend to withdraw, should hand out a written declaration to DEinternational. The paid deposit and participation fee of the Exhibitors will be used to cover the expenses of equipment rental and promotion of the show. Paid deposit and participation fee are not refundable.
  14. To comply with the regulations of the CDC, DEinternational reserves the right to adjust the content of the event including but not limited to social distance, the distance and the number of booths, visitor traffic, and regulations for food and beverage consumption etc.; exhibitors shall comply with relevant laws and regulations as well.
  15. Cancellation: Taking into account the current situation of COVID-19, we will intensively monitor the development of and comply with the regulations from CDC. In the case of cancellation of the event, DEinternational will inform exhibitors immediately and the paid stand rental will be transferred to the next edition.
  16. In the event of cancellation of this event, exhibitors should bear all and any cost incurred between exhibitors and third parties.
