Every year, the German Trade Office Taipei organizes a variety of networking and social events for the German community, Taiwanese companies with business relations to Germany, Young Professionals and friends of German food and culture in Taiwan.
GTO Signature Events
GTO Asparagus Dinner
The traditional GTO Asparagus Dinner is held at the last Thursday of May every year. We invite our network of professionals and representatives to spend the evening in relaxed atmosphere to socialize, combined with a four-course dinner featuring typical German asparagus delicacies. A special event of that evening is our charity lucky draw, which contributes to attract 60 – 80 guests thanks to tempting prizes.

GTO Goose Dinner
The GTO Goose Dinner is celebrated once a year at the first Thursday of December and is the final event of the calendar. Guests enjoy a festive and traditional German Christmas atmosphere combined with a typical four course German Christmas menu. The highlight of our Goose Dinner is our charity lucky draw, that is aimed at supporting local foundations, hospitals and children in need. The Goose Dinner is usually attended by 70 - 80 guests ranging from German company representatives to Taiwanese businessmen and government officials.

GTO German Business Day (Oktoberfest)
GTO Wirtschaftsstammtisch
The GTO Wirtschaftsstammtisch brings together members of the Taiwanese-German business community, including business partners, experts, and professionals from different industries. 60 - 70 guests enjoy an evening full of networking opportunities and a buffet of authentic German cuisine, soft drinks and a free flow of beer.
