We cordially invite all Taiwanese Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to participate in this project to learn how leading competitors are using digitization for innovation and gaining in competitiveness. Benchmark your business against leading companies.

The Asia Productivity Organization (APO) representing 20 Asian Countries has initiated a research project on “Industry 4.0 Digitization Strategies for SMEs”. The project will also include small and medium sized companies from Taiwan. The objective of the research is to gain insights into the current level of digitization and Industry 4.0 readiness of local SMEs compared to their peers in other Asian countries and on a global scale.

Basis for the benchmarking is the Digital Innovation Quotient, an online assessment tool, developed by IMP³rove – European Innovation Management Academy, based in Dusseldorf, Germany.

This online assessment tool allows companies to compare their digital innovation capabilities with their peers. The detailed benchmarking report highlights the company’s strengths and weaknesses along 5 key dimensions in comparison with the average and the Digital Innovation Champions. It gives the management transparency on where they should further develop their capabilities to compete on digital innovation.

Professor Wei-chen Lee from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology will perform the research in Taiwan based on an international benchmarking of local small and medium sized enterprises

Participants will receive a ca.100-page report for free with detailed benchmarks comparing your company with the average and the Digital Innovation Champions. (original price: 350 euros).
