In this age of digitalization geographic borders have lost their significance. The pressure in the global market is increasing. Hence international customers have higher demands and request an even better and faster service. The international working platform has caused more insecurity partly due to a lack of knowledge about foreign cultures, expectations and thinking patterns.

Conventional methods of project management reach their limits when they have to face the new challenges of international markets. A change of perspective can be extremely useful to deal with them. In this seminar you will learn a new approach and new methods to successfully carry out international projects.

1. Dealing with the insecurity in international projects
2. Identification of unforeseen costs and their causes
3. Necessary tools of prevention
4. Case studies, team exercises, exchange of experiences and discussion
